took me a while to figure out that you have to disable the my hub and mobile services app in order to stop all the random bloatware apps from continuously reinstalling themselves. Also I really wish there were more personalization options (font folder easily accessible, etc.) available on the phone. Also I purchased this phone from my phone company's website and now they're saying I can't use my service with this phone. makes zero sense to me. otherwise I like the moto phone look.

I chose a Motorola phone to use well over a decade ago, and stuck with it because of the ease-of-use and lack of bloatware and ads. That Motorola doesn't exist today -- Glance opens half the time the phone sits in my pocket, more and more bloatware apps take up space but can't be deleted, and now I just noticed that if I plug a 3rd-party phone charger, I get an ad for a Motorola charger instead. If you want to avoid ads, bloatware, and invasive interface, choose another company.

Every time I end a call, the phone locks.if I take too long to think of an. answer to what I'm doing just anything it locks I am really disappointed. Also you keep adding apps that I have not asked for. You also have so many system apps you. take up half the room on the phone. If I had enough money I would change back to Samsung. please tell me how to stop it from locking
